For model number RF18HFENBSR
PartSelect logo
Hi Fran, thank you for your inquiry. You can set the freezer temperature by pressing the freezer button on the control panel. The temperature can be set in 2ºF interval between 8ºF and -8ºF. Each time the freezer button is pressed, the temperature setting will change as follows: -2ºF ? -4ºF ? -6ºF ? -8ºF ? 8ºF ? 6ºF ? 4ºF ? 2ºF ? 0ºF ? -2ºF. We hope this information is useful!

Why would I have water accumulating in the refrigerator? The ice maker is in the bottom freezer.
For model number RF18HFENBSR
PartSelect logo
Hi Ray, thank you for reaching out. We would recommend checking the door gasket first. If it is fine, the issue is most probably with the water leakage service kit, part number PS10058968. It prevents excessive frost from forming on the evaporator cover and to prevent excessive moisture from collecting inside. You may need to replace it to fix the issue. We hope that helps!

We misplaced the mounting screws for our handles while moving.
It was easy! I just used an alan wrench to losen the side bolt, then slid the handle into the new mounting screws that I had hand-screwed and then tightened it all up.
