Place each of the multitester's leads on a terminal. Your multitester should display a reading between 200 and 500 ohms. Closely examine your water inlet valve. Researching the model number that you have provided, the bottom door shelves for the refrigerator door are part# PS429725 (same part number for both) and the glass shelf that goes over the wire basket in the freezer section is PS817511, the sliding basket does not have a glass shelf.
