Wheels on bottom rack folded after axle holders failed
Twice I have ordered the wheels and axles from you, as more wheels broke at the axle holder. Now, all are replaced, and your upgrade to clip the axle to the wire rack on both sides was perfect. The wheels are thicker and stout too. Thanks for this and for quick, very quick, delivery.

4 wheels fell off the dishwasher's lower rack
At first I ordered just the wheels. When I received them I realized that I had to have the axles too. I ordered the axles and problem solved. To my surprise, they had changed the design of the axles and my problem may be solved forever.

Rubber door gasket pulled away from dishwasher when door was opened after a wash or when sliding the top rack out
Removed the door gasket and cleaned the track prior to installing the new gasket. The online repair instructions didn't mention a thin wire that is stored at the bottom of the tub near the door and is used to hold the ends of the gasket in place. Gently remove the ends of the gasket from the wire prior to pulling the entire gasket out of the machine track.

Wheels falling off lower rack of GE Dishwasher
The wheels kept falling off the lower rack making it difficult to pull the rack out. Examining the issue, it appeared that the axles in particular were breaking. I ordered the new ones which had a different design from the originals, along with new wheels just to cover all bases. The wheels snap onto the axles and then you just snap the axles in place. The new axle design was both simpler and more stable. Took 10 minutes, cost about $30 for everything, and problem solved.

we followed the instructions as posted on your web site. Once the dishwasher was apart it was self explanatory. We did however need pliers to separate the wires from the old soap dispenser.

Latch on soap dispenser broke
Replacing the soap dispenser was relatively easy, But a word of caution.when I removed the front panel, as it fell off, it pulled the electrical tape out of the door. That of course ruined the electrical panel. Even better, that panel is no longer made. So unless you really want a new dishwasher, be sure you support the front panel when removing. Probably the easiest way to do that (I found out later) is to sit on the floor with the front panel on your legs as youminscrew it. Do read other reviews about how to do the repair as the part comes with no instructions and GE is of virtually no help.
