My washer had stopped turning. It wouldn't wash or spin but the moter was still working.
We're not repair people. So when calling around for the replacement belt no one had it. Everyone said that the belt went to a dryer. We simply inspected the machine. Located the worn belt which was on the bottom of the washer machine went online and ordered the belt. Thank you so much you guys really saved me. I will always recommend you all to everyone that I know. Your system works Great! Thanks Part Select!

Agitator broken
Popped the cap unscrewed the old part slid in the new replaced the bolt and we were back in business.

Awesome service I had the part before a repair person could make a house call. Also I have a home warranty and this route ended up being 5 dollars cheaper :) Cheaper and faster gotta love it.

Washer turned on , no water flows
Replaced water in-flow valve it's fixed! Removing the washer case to replace the part would have been the most painful job of all. I used dremel cutter to cut a hole in the back panel to access to the valve rather than trying to figure out how to remove the washer case! It works fine! Part was delivered in time. Thanks!

Drive Belt shredded and fell off.
The repair was very simple. We got the part faster than we thought we would had our son hold the washer on a tilt and put on the drive belt, took 2 times because it was twisted but we got on. The washer is much quieter and it was worth the shipping fee.

Washer jumping around during spin cycle
I used Utube to search for Performa Washing machine jumping around. You will find several videos that will be extreamly helpful in understanding exactly how to go about changing the sunbber ring. The snubber ring is fairly easy to change out. Quarters were used to hold the springs apart so they can be removed. Push the tub forward and away from the spring you want to remove. Install several quarters in the spring. Use as many as you can get in. Then pull the tub toward you and the spring can be removed from the tub. There are six springs to remove. I just left them laying in place at the bottom of the washing machine base. There are videos on utube also of using the quarters to remove the springs. Of course if you have spring removal tool for this purpose so much the better. I didn't have one. Good luck with your install. MB in TN
