Hi Shawn, thank you for getting in touch. Based on the description that you have provided, we would recommend making sure that the drain hose is clear. If that is not causing the issue, then you may need to check the drain pump, part number PS11738156, as it is most likely obstructed or clogged. If this part is faulty, you may need to replace it. We hope this solves your problem!
Hello William, Thank you for the question. If the power to the appliance was checked, we suggest checking the Power Cord connections. If the power cord is good, you may have a faulty Control Board. If you need help placing an order, customer service is open 7 days a week. Please feel free to give us a call. We look forward to hearing from you!
Hi William, thank you for getting in touch. The F7E5 error code is a shifter fault error code. The most common problem related to this error code is going to be that the actuator (shifter) has failed. Check for broken or loose wires or connections at the control board and actuator. Also, check that the pulley nut has not come loose, causing the pulley to drop and rub against the motor shield under the unit. This may cause this error code as well. This would have caused the washer to make a noise as well. If everything is good, replace the actuator. The shift actuator is part of the clutch, part number PS10064562. A bad control board, part number PS12745279, can also cause this error code, but the actuator is the most common. Please reach out to customer service if you need help placing an order. Glad to be of help!

... Read mored 1310 ohms , i purchased and replaced control module, no help. the guide is outdated for these new high tech washers. If this happens again. I will just unplug the 2 pin plug on bottom of valve assembly. By the way the 2 clips that hold the washer top in place are very difficult to remove and re install.
