What won't my washer start up? The lights come on but when you push start it begins to flash and won't start the cycle?
For model number MVWB835DC3
Hello Sue, thank you for your inquiry. Try to unplug the washer for 5 minutes and see if the electronics will reset. Shut the door firmly and try to start it again. If it still will not work, the lid lock latch, part number PS11731620, will need to be replaced because it thinks the door is not shut, so it will not start the cycle. Good luck with the repair!

Hi Heidi, thank you for your inquiry. We would recommend checking the power cord. If it is fine, you may need to replace the control board, part number PS12348153. Good luck with this repair!

I will just unplug the 2 pin plug on bottom of valve assembly. By the way the 2 clips that hold the washer top in place are very difficult to remove and re install.
