Does this model have a filter that should be cleaned? Sometimes there is a lot of lint on the clothes that have been washed.

Hello Karen, thank you for reaching out. Your model comes with the drain pump filter, part number PS16660526. It must be cleaned regularly. If the filter is clogged, the water from the wash and rinse cycle with all the lint drains too slowly and leave deposits on your clothes. Glad to be of help!

Hi Priscilla, thank you for the question. Based on our understanding of the issue, you may need to use the recommended portion of the detergent, and the washer should not be overloaded. If the issue still persists, we would recommend checking the bezel dispenser, part number PS12730769. You may need to replace it to resolve the problem. We hope that helps!
This product comes in a bottle with a brush like Liquid Paper. It goes on incredibly easy. A second coat might be needed. I wanted to prevent rust from setting in so I covered the scratches and dings. The paint is a little brighter since my washer is 10 years old but it still looks great.
Pushed in on door strike and rotated it counterclockwise, removed broken strike and installed new strike. NOTE: when removing the old strike (turning counterclockwise) it felt like it might break and/or was attached with an screw that I didn't see but it came right out.
Super easy repair, simply turn the broken door strike counterclockwise to remove; insert the new door strike into the slots and turn clockwise to lock into place.
