I was able to get the right parts for a refrigerator I bought over 10 years ago. That was the positive side. The company had me pay for a second bin when the original bin that I ordered did not arrive in the small, flat container with the trim. And they were unclear as to what was included with the bin. I paid over $30 for a trim, thinking it was not included with the bin. And then there was the additional issue of being charged for shipping, told it would be refunded when the item was shipped, and needing to contact customer service to have the other 70% of the shipping refunded. I only have two shelves and a large veggie container at the bottom. Having only 2 shelves forces me to pile the food on the bottom shelves and whenever we look for something we have to kneel down to find the right one. Having another shelf would make storing so much easier. We are 82 and 79 and this would make our lives so much easier. Where can i buy this extra shelf and how in the world do they sell only 2 shelves. We had to buy in a haste because ours generator had just conked and the temperature outside was 32 degrees celsius. This was not our best decision!!!!

Need to replace the BOTTOM door shelf surround. The botttom shelf of the refrigerator has the bottom of the shelf built into the door. Need only the part that surrounds (walls) the shelf. Is PartSelect Number PS11739017 just the surround or does it also have the bottom?

This door shelf says it will fit my refrigerator but mine is showing 15 and a half inches wide this 17 wide wondering why it showing that my model is for this door shelf but different measurements
