We ran the self cleaning cycle. The oven worked fine a couple of times after. Then on the third time it overheated to 600 degrees. What would cause this?
For model number MORS130S
Hi Dodds, thank you for getting in touch. Based on our research, the issue could be most probably with the high limit thermostat. We would recommend replacing the high limit thermostat, part number PS16629186, to fix the issue. It trips when the oven overheats. We hope this solves your problem!
Purchased a screw extractor set from the local Ace Hardware (SpeedOut). Be sure and carefully follow the screw extractor instructions as written (counterclockwise turn). Removed old screws and replaced them with new screws supplied by PartSelect.
