Lower oven, neither element will heat up. Only have 115v going into bake element. When i switched the tan wire from bake element with orange wire to broil element at the relays, it made no difference in heating. Not sure where to go from here.

Hello Mathew and thanks for writing.
Check the two circuit breakers ganged together in the breaker box marked "Range or Oven" and try resetting the breakers. They will be 30- to 50-amp breakers. If this does not correct the problem, you should call a licensed electrician to diagnosis the 220-volt supply problem. We hope this helps. Please contact us anytime.

Removal of old éléments. Installation of part numbers ps11744518 and ps11744513
For model number MER6772BAB
Hello and thank you for writing.
First, remove the two screws that hold the element in place. Then pull the element out about 3 inches and disconnected the two wires. Connected the wires of the new element and screw it back into place.
The same procedure for the broil element, you have an additional bracket that holds the element to the top, so it will not fall down. We hope this helps. Please contact us anytime if you require further assistance.
