From what I understand, this is a common problem with this Samsung made Maytag Neptune dryer. The dryer was making a sound like it had a shoe in it every time it was drying. First remove the top of this particular dryer, to get to the necessary screws. computer is located on the left side, and 3 screws frees it up. Then disconnect the wires.
