Don't pay a repair service for this job when you can do it yourself. Pop the two panels off the back of the machine. The top one is where you'll unhook the old heating element. I tried to find this thermostat from shops in the town I live, but I could not. So I ordered it from Partselect. The website is very easy to find this kind of thermostat.
