dishes not cleaning properly
also had to replace heating element. Had to remove dishwasher from under counter to get to heat element. Initial installer used long braided steel water line and plug in electrical connection so removal was easy (10 min). Pulled (2) electrical terminals from heat element and (2) plastic retaining nuts put in new element w/matching nuts, element came w/seals. Check for leaks before installing back under counter. Then removed torx screws holding impeller cover and accumulator/filter removed old put in new after good cleaning of course. All is well.

Dishwasher Handle Broke off
Installing the handle assembly was very simple. Only problem I had, the plastic clips that are part of the control panel were broken off also. (Thanks to a 2 year old Granddaughter) Rather than buy a complete control panel for $150, I used epoxy to attach the lower tabs of the handle assembly. Let it sit for 24 hours, install the door panel, which also used the upper mounting screws, and it was fixed. I ordered the part around 11:30am in Texas on a Thursday, and had the part in hand on Friday. Very impressed by the shipping time. Will use you over and over again. . . Ron Myers

Handle broken - would not latch door closed.
Open door. Remove 11 screws around the perimeter of the inner door panel. Separate inner door panel from outer panel. Pull off 2 electrical connections from switches on the door/latch assembly(remember their respective locations). Remove broken handle/latch assembly. Insert new assembly. Reconnect electrical connections. Being mindful of the wires between the panels so they are not pinched, mate the inner and outer panels together and insert screws. Give it a test run.

Handle was broken
Shut the breaker off, removed the inner door panel with a drill and torx head. Had to pry off the old part with a screwdriver, but then easily hooked the new part up and replaced the door panel, and that was it. Works great. I can see how it could happen again with the little plastic tabs holding the handle in place.
By the way, I ordered this part online on Thursday afternoon and it came Friday. I was stunned! Super service.

Plastic door handle broke
Very easy to do...... I guarantee it takes less than 10 minutes. This was easy to repair yourself and I'm a girl .
1. I read the reviews on Parts select and decided it must be easy.
2. Part arrived very fast.
3. Turned off circuit breaker for kitchen appliances.
4. Open door and keep flat on floor. Remove the hex nuts with an electric drill with proper attachment.
5. Lift the compartment and have someone hold the top part up, while the other person disconnects the broken piece. It has two side plug like attachment that need to be released.
6. Attach the new part and make sure the two side pieces are latched back.
7. Close the top part down on the front and then screw back in the hexnuts.
8. Put the door back into normal closed position and latch will be like new!

Upper rack wheel was broken
Four screws were removed and new parts were installed. The only problem was that two types of rack adjusters exist. If your dishwasher does not have a lever, part number PS2100470, then the new rack adjuster either left or right side will not work without part numbers PS2100470(lever) and PS2100308(cover). Be sure to order parts for both sides since the original plastic wheel supports have been replaced with steel.
