Bottom rack was hitting door when opened
I installed additional wheels that had broken off. This was on my elderly mother's dishwasher in Iowa. I was visiting from California for a week when I discovered it was broken. I worried about getting the parts because I was not familiar with the area. PartSelect saved me by getting the parts delivered before I flew back to California. It was really great. Thanks,

Small leak on the right hand side during rinse cycle.
I had to make several attempts as follows:1.I replaced the door gasket, still leaked, 2.Replaced the float and micro-switch, still leaked.3.Replaced the insulation inside the door., still leaked. 4. Finally, read your diagnosis info and ordered the gromet. It was delivered in under 24 hours to my Island home!5.Took off the 7 door screws, unscrewed 2 screws that held the latch mechanism, replaced the rotted gromet and Voila! no leak. Once I found the problem, it took 15 minutes

Door leaking during operation at bottom
Thanks for the instructions. It helped. However, there should be more attention spent with the seal at each end. On one side it is evident that the seal should be flush to the bottom of the door. However, the right side seems to indicate that the excess seal should be left hanging out. That is what I did the previous time I replaced the seal. Soon it started leaking. This time I made both sides of the seal flush with the bottom of the door. Also the first time I installed the seal, it was too short. I had to reset and slightly pull the seal to increase length.

Top rack would not slide out easily and looked ready to fall down.
We followed the video instructions for removing the guide rail stops. That allowed us to pull out the top rack. We then followed the video instructions for removing the old mounting strip, put the new wheels on the new strip, and put the new strip in place. Then we re-installed the top rack and put the guide rail stops back. We ordered new rails stops just in case the old ones were brittle and broke when we removed them, but we didn't have any difficulties. Total cost - just the parts. Much more convenient and less expensive than requesting a non-warranty service call, waiting for someone to show up, and then paying the price for the call and the marked-up parts.

Dishwasher was leaking from motor shaft seal.
Repair was simple, and easy to install. Instructions were fairly straight forward. Only thing to be aware of is when you get to the last part, the cutter blade, it is difficult to remove, and you must pay attention to get it on the new impeller fully seated and make sure that the tabs clear the upper cover that goes on top of it. I had an issue with the tabs catching, causing a loud noise, I simply removed, rechecked, and cut the tabs down a little bit, and re-installed. Overall, took me an hour to complete and I have a quiet and functional dishwasher again!
