Rails broke when overloaded

Removed shelf that rails were mounted to. Used a std phillips screwdriver to loosen screws attaching the rails, three per side. Removed damaged rails, lined up new rails and tightened screws. Returned shelf to refrigerator and inserted tray on the new rails. read more

Both guide rails had cracked at the front end I guess do to excessive weight in the drawer.

Simply removed the drawer, then removed the shelf above which held the guides, removed the guides ( 3 screws per side )and replaced them. read more

We had two of the door baskets break and so we had no room in the frig. My husband and I were talking about maybe just replacing the frig. He said lets see if we can find the parts online.
