I was told the mother board went out. Took a few months to finally get one myself after repairman didn't come through. turned it off. took out the old and set the new in place. no tools required but did have to "pop" stuff into place. it was fairly awkward to do. Also would like to have replaced veggie bins They are cracked but these are not available. Only problem was figuring out what to order from the exploded diagram.
