They ship the right part for a refrigerator Shelf fast and correct

I'm not considering this a negative review, I think the site was fantastic and explaining what part we needed and delivered that quickly and at a fair price. My issue is with LG, apparently there were some slight changes between model years for this refrigerator, because I had to use a Dremel and adjust the width on the guides for the slides used for the drawers that mount in the shelf. it was only about a half an hour to make the change in to fix it and how everything works fine, however if this arrived and somebody did not have a Dremel or some other tool to remove the plastic from some of the guides then it would have not worked for them.

THIS FRAME IS NOT PERFECTLY FIT TO MY MODEL. HAD TO SPEND THREE HOURS TO ADJUST IT. THEREFORE 3 STARS. $$$ OVERPRICED TO.!!

The original shelf had broken in the rear right hand corner. Because of this, the crisper drawers did not work correctly. We now have a working refrigerator.

The fridge part eventually fit perfectly. Unfortunately I had no instructions how to install it. I had o contact the manufacturer to get access to installation information. It took me several hours until I got the guide then it was easy. A simple one page would have been enough!

The part was in great condition. Surprised it was in stock. Most parts have been discontinued Couldn't be happier

I have verified with customer service that this is the correct part. However, the metal glides from the original part will not fit in this one. There are tabs molded into the part which narrows the channel where the rails should fit. Without the glides there is no center support for the sides of the crisper drawers. It appears there is not a fix for this, such as a different glide. Also the crisper top covers should fit under the glass top. But again, there are molded tabs that prevent them from fitting into place. Customer service gave me the number for LG. They want me to buy the same part from them. Is the part I purchased not an LG part?
