I was told the mother board went out. Took a few months to finally get one myself after repairman didn't come through. top light cover was warped. Simply replaced it with another.

Unit kept beeping as if the freezer door was open

I popped the old switch out of place and then disconnected the wire harness from the switch with a pair of needle nose pliers. I then inserted the harness into the new switch and popped the switch into place. Super easy and fast. read more
