LGR3330ADW Admiral Range - Instructions

First i removed the two screws that hold the element in place. I then pulled the wire out of the hole and disconected the plug. then plug in the new one, put the two screws back in, and checked it to see if it worked,It worked like a new one! So as my reward my wife baked me cookies!

It took all of 10 mins. Open oven door slightly lift to remove.took out shelves and bottom of oven,lift at back to remove.Two screws hold the Igniter, was able to pull the connector into the oven to change. Oven works great!

Removed the two screws pulled the element out and unhooked the wires then used one of the included adapters to reinstall the new sensor then screwed the two screws back in to secure the sensor. Everything works fine now.

This is simple for most people - unscrew and remove the bottom oven floor pan. There is the igniter, removed with two screws with a 1/4 nutdriver. However, my problem was that when I unclipped the old igniter, I dropped the over part of the connection, it fell down the hole, through the insulation, to the bottom of the stove where the wiring is. I had to pull out the stove to get to the connection, push it back up the hole to the oven, then install the igniter. My advice: do no lose your grip on the oven wire whatever you do. Otherwise, it was a snap, even for a klutz.

This is a no brainer. I am only doing this because you asked. Pull out the stove, tilt it back, remove broken leg, install new leg.

This particular Amana electric range has a "eye" that can serve as the heat source for a small or large pan simply by using the rocker switch to "flip" between "large" or "small." This switch broke. I found Partselect.com, found the part, ordered on Saturday night and received it on Tuesday afternoon. 1) Shut off power to the range at the breaker box. 2) Used a small flat-head srewdriver to pop the old rocker switch from the appliance. 3) Used a set of locking pliers to hold the wires in place as I disconnected the old switch from it's connections using a set of needle-nose pliers. (It was a plug-in style switch). 4) Plugged in the new switch. 5)Released the wires from the locing pliers. 6) Popped the new switch into the range's cabinet. 7) Flipped the breaker to "On". WORKS Perfectly

My top burners and broiler were working fine so I knew it was not a gas pressure issue,after reading other peoples oven issues I felt comfortable that my problem was the oven igniter, the igniter was only building about 50 to 75 percent of the normal glow/heat needed, thereby not creating enough heat to trip the sensor that opens the oven burner gas valve. 2 Screws hold a drip pan which after removed allow access to the igniter. 2 Screws hold the igniter in. You need to access the rear of the stove to plug in the new igniter connector at a 1 screw access panel in the center of the back of stove. My oven has been working great since the repair. I would recomend partselect anytime, I ordered the wrong igniter, the diagram is confusing so be carefull , and had to send it back , I got my refund in less than a week. After reading about my problem, I determined it was the igniter. I immediately ordered one. It came two days later. I took the bottom drawer out and removed the shield. To get to the plug wires, I unplugged the old igniter. I used my power nut driver to take off two threaded screws so igniter could be removed. I then pulled the old igniter out. Plugged new one in and reversed process to install new one. I installed it when I got home from work in less than 30 minutes. all is well. We were looking at buying a new stove for $700.00. I fixed it for less than $60.00. Thanks

removed oven door, removed all shelving....unplugged the electrical cord........unsrewed the igniter(2 screws)removed some of the insulation on back of oven that was covering the wire and plug......disconnected the wire plug...........reversed the process and 15 minutes later I was done............the oven works great.......the new igniter arrived 2 days after I ordered it. thanks

It was necessary to take the decorative glass and metal safety panel off using a screwdriver in order to get to the frame that holds the safety glass. It was hard to slide the new glass into the frame without help from a second person to hold the other pane in place.This was an easy repair to make I would just suggest having 2 people to hole things in place while replacing screws.

Stove was bought at Lowe's. I called Lowe's, who promptly said to call a local appliance repair firm, which they named. I did so & was told initial call for diagnosis was $99. I said go ahead. Tech. showed up, removed burner from stove top, and agreed with me that it did not work. He said he'd order part call me to schedule repair. In 2 days, he called me to report that they would order the [art, and that another caLL and installing the burner would cost an additional $113.95. I then went on-line & located part. I ordered it from Part Select & it arrived in 2 days, with part and shipping costing $44.00 At first it did not seem compatible with my stove but a technician/friend came by & we found it would work. Installing it was very simple;' two wires had to be connected to terminals on the bottom of the burner unit, it easily locked back in place, I turned the burner on & there was flame,

1.) Remove door from hinges (open slightly and pull up). 2.) Remove racks. 3.) Remove oven floor to expose burner. 4.) Remove wing-nut and burner cover. 5.) Remove two ignitor mounting screws. 6.) Pull wires and connector through back wall. 7.) Connect new ignitor and mount to burner. 8.) Replace components in reverse order.

I have a Magic Chef gas stove, The top burner came off with ease, just a quarter turn then pull up to expose igniter. Only two wires to remove and two phillips head screws to remove to release igniter. I was done in 5 minutes.

I disconnected the electrical power, but not the gas line, and pulled the oven unit away from the wall. I unscrewed the old temperature sensor mount and only realized then the simple configuration: A wire from the sensor runs through the back of the internal oven space to the back of the oven unit through a thin space filled with insulation. The old sensor was easy to disconnect behind the oven unit and pull the old sensor and wire forward through the opening in the oven. The most challenging part was threading the new sensor wire from the oven interior through the back of the oven unit. The instructions and comments provided on-line by previous customers was EXTREMELY helpful. I wish I could do many more household repairs like this!

Removed old igniter. Porcelain was broken. Replaced with new igniters. Really simple to do. Took 10 minutes to replace all 4
