Won't tumble
Watched how-to video provided on PartSelect website. Most time was spent cleaning out the cabinet of lint and other debris. I found over 5 bucks in loose change! I Found pulling the belt over the motor pulley to be the trickiest. Note: my dryer will be 30 years old come this September. I wonder how many more years I'll get out of it!

The dryer sounded like a thrashing machine.
I consulted the internet and found Part Select and use online repairman to diagnose the problem and found the roller solution with the parts, video and parts illustration. Sure enough, the left roller hole was worn and egg shaped. I ordered the parts on a Wednesday afternoon. While I waited, I got all the lint from the bottom pan, motor, and around the burner cleaned out and ready for the new parts. The parts arrived Friday morning and I installed them and put the dryer back together before noon. The dryer works and sounds like a new machine. Now I am ready to attack the squeaky fan motor in the freezer compartment of our refrig.

No heat in dryer
We started with replacing a thermal fuse, went onto heating element & then to replacing the high limit thermostat. The replacements went very easily with your videos, but unfortunately it did not do the job & there is still no heat.

Dryer would run but wouldn't heat.
I'm a 68 year old single lady who watched the video and just followed the instructions. Took the back off, tested all the parts involved with heating and the only part that didn't have any continuity was the top part of the thermal cutoff fuse. After receiving the part I removed the old one, put the new one in, put the back on and turned the dryer on. It heated right up. I also had a part that I didn't need and your return dept. made it very easy to return. I love this site. Save me a ton of money.

The dryer sounded like a herd of buffalos running by.
I needed to replace our drum support rollers - one was completely worn out and wobbling (the buffalo herd noise) the other wasn't too bad, but for an older dryer(15+ years) I figured it was time to replace both wheels. I ordered the maintenance kit that also included the Idler Pulley and drum belt. I spent most of my time with the vacuum since there was a lot of dust accumulated inside the dryer. (I recoverd $1.83 in coins!) The instructions that came with the kit were very helpful for this repair. Plus, there were some online videos that heled as well. Once I had everything apart I noticed the plastic bearing ring on the drum's front was nearly worn out so I quickly ordered this from PartSelect and it arrived quicly in two days - this took only 10 minutes to replace.

Took two cycles to dry
Very easy to repair the heating element. I took the back off and half of it was burnt out (twice as long to dry). Replaced it and works like new. The instructional videos are great. I've replaced my water pump on my dishwasher also. Once again, instructional videos are great. I put trust in this website and their parts. I wouldn't have any worries about this site. Overall satisfaction A+.
