detergent and rinse aid dispenser wouldn't close...broken catch
We found a youtube video....and followed the directions. We unscrewed the inside panel of the door...all the way around. Then, we took off the outside panel which revealed the screws on the backside of the dispenser. After unscrewing that, we were able to push out the old dispenser, and push in the new one...... screw that in and then replace the door screws. We were done in under an hour.

Upper washer are fell off
I first attempted to reinstall the old washer arm after watching the excellent repair video on Part Select. Of course the video was perfectly on point but the washer arm assembly was just worn out, I guess. The website pointed me directly to the proper replacement part which I order and it suprisingly arrived the next day. 20 minutes, equipped with the knowledge of the video and DONE! Thank You!!!

Door was noisy
I followed the instructions from the partselect video and replaced the damaged door balance part. I ended up having to adjust the plastic wheel piece because the new strings were shorter than the original but luckily there was another screw hole to accommodate the shorter strings. I did replace both sides. Overall, this was a very easy repair thanks to partselect and now my door works great. I will definitely be using this site in the future!

The upper wash arm mount broke
The part isn't the same as the old one, but you could see how it worked easy enough. Problem was, once I got the part, it didn't screw on like the old one, it clipped to the rack. Nice! ...except that it's designed for the narrow spacing on the rack, but, if I used the narrow spacing on the rack that held the clip well, then it wasn't in the right location to hold the spray arm to the water hose. The solution has to be attended to frequently, to remount it, but that's not a big deal (until it breaks), but the remount is necessary because you have to span a broader distance than it's designed to, by about a quarter inch. It works, but it doesn't. Just because the unit's pretty old, but it still works GREAT!

Dishwasher shut off,and wouldn't turn back on.
Unplug machine, open door, take out 6 screws at inside top of door. Pull outside top of door out and down. Pop off plastic cover at marked arrow points. Pop off out old thermal fuse , pull both black wires from thermal fuse, and cut wire off at 1inch behind connectors, strip both wires 1/4 inch back, insert in new connector and tighten with screwdriver . Doesn't matter which wire goes in which connector. Snap thermal fuse back in place with deflector in place. Wire tie wires together with supplied cable ties. Replace plastic cover, snap in place, push everything up into door, and replace the six screws. Close door, plug in, and start it.
