How to enter diagnostics mode the control board is blinking and will not change temperatures. The refrigerator and freezer are not getting cold
For model number KSRS25RVMS05
Hi Jeff, thank you for your question! To reset the unit, you may just power it off for 60 seconds by unplugging it and plug it in back. If the issue persists, then you probably have a defective control board, part number PS11740234. You may need to replace it to fix the issue. We hope this solves your problem!

My refrigerator stopped cooling and the freezer section stopped freezing
I knew the chances of all the freon leaking out was unlikely so I looked at the wiring to the compressor and there was a capacitor and a starter/overload so i figured I would start there. t's give her a shot so I did give it a shot. I ordered the parts and they were there in less time than a service tech could come out and i installed the parts and guess what for 90.00 in parts and 15 minutes in time I repaired my refrigerator. Thanks guys, It took less time to order the parts than it did to make the repair so thanks, your website rocks and is very well designed so my hat is off to you guys!

six months the light turns red. time to replace filter
First I shut the water off to the refrigerator.then i pushed the big button in the middle of the grille below the refrigerator door. pulled out the old filter, took the front cap off the old filter put it on the new filter. took the two red caps off the new filter. pushed the filter in till it locked in place. all done! Turned the back on
