Just remove old one which was really easy since it was practically falling off and replace with new one. It is a bit tricky because you are afraid of breaking the new one. I ordered on Monday afternoon and when I returned home Tuesday afternoon it was waiting for me on my porch , and this was the week between Christmas and New Year when everyone was fussing about not receiving packages. NOT ME!
