Rubber Water Delivery Tube and Upper Spray Arm Receiver
Rubber Water Delivery Tube and Upper Spray Arm Receiver had worn out on my 24+ yr. old Kitchen Aid Dishwasher. First time anything every had had to be done to this machine. It has been a work horse and still works great. The above parts had simply worn out. I found this site online and sent for the parts. My husband replaced them and followed the instructions of greasing the parts when replacing them. The job was done in minutes and the washer is working fine again.
The parts were shipped promptly and we had them in a matter of two or three days. Great experience with this company and will use again if the need arises.

Bottom tray of dishwasher started to rust and pins were falling.
First I had to buy a new tray. I tried to remove the wheels from the old tray but they wouldn't come off without breaking. I ordered new wheels and axels and they went on fine with the aid of a C-clamp. Then I tried to remove the old bumpers but they broke when I tried to remove them.
So, I ordered two new bumpers. When I did I saw that another user had posted a note saying that the new bumpers slipped on well if heated in hot water first. So, I heated them in hot water and they slipped on easily and safely.

I pulled off the remains of the old tube and simply slipped the new hose on by hand. Easy as pie!

hole in the tube, wear and tear on it
I removed the old tube--I had taped over the hole. I didn't quite have the hand strength to fit over the ends and push the new tube into place. So, my husband did that at both ends without a problem. I'm relying on PartSelect for when I need parts for my 13 year-old appliances.

Tude was disintegrating.
Removed old tube.
New tube was a little tight, so I heated it with a hair dryer and used dish washing detergent - Joy - as a lubricant. Then the tube slipped on easily.

The rubber tube for the top rack was rotted in half, not allowing the dishes to properly be cleaned.
First the water tube arrived two days earlier than what I was expecting. I pulled the old tube off and slipped the new tube on by hand. The dishes in the top rack are now a lot cleaner than they have been for the past couple of months. In the future if I need repair parts this is where I will be coming to get them.

the rubber tube was falling apart
In my case the rubber tube was so worn that it came off very easily. I removed the tube, then with a little cooking oil, I lubricated the new hose and easily slipped it into place. Now my dishwasher works great! I ordered the part received it and repaired it for less than $20.00 and in less than 15 minutes.

Dishwasher wouldn't drain.
After checking for blockages in the drain line and finding none, I disassembled the wash wand assembly and discovered a gasket that had really deteriorated. Since there was nothing else apparently wrong, I took a chance and went shopping for the gasket. None of my local stores could provided me one so I searched on line and found it at Partselect. It had to be special ordered and that took a while, but when it arrived, I put the new gasket in and had a perfect dishwasher again for less than 15 bucks. The schematic I was able to print from your website was invaluable.

Dishwasher not cleaning as rubbr water tube cracked
I removed clips on the end of the rack, removed the rack, and pulled old tube off. Used plain water as a lubricant to ease replacement of new tube on the dilated end. Very easy!

Worn out water tube.
Took old one off and put new one on, about a 4 minute job.
The part was about 1/3 of the cost if I had bought it local.

The Rubber water tube on my dishwasher was all torn up and I knew if I didn't replace it I would be in trouble.
I ordered the part and I received it in just 2 days. I took the old rubber water tube off, put a little soap on each end of the new tube and had it in in under 10 minutes. I am a woman in her 60's and I did this myself!
