The plastic shaft was split in several places. I used a screw driver to pop it off the metal shaft. When the new part arrived I slipped it in place and the food processor is back in working order. I was attempting to buy one from Ebay when I saw the advertisement for parts at the bottom of the ebay item. I thought why not try to fix it. I fixed it and I might as I am female and 73 years old. Just put new parts on. Cleaning by hand instead of dishwasher will help this and all hard plastic items last much longer.

The bowl cover for my KitchenAid food processor was cracked in several places from having been droped a couple of times over the years. While the cover still works, I wanted to hedge my bets by getting a replacement now. One more drop and who knows.... Bowl cover fits perfectly onto existing bowl; the measuring cup/pusher fits the top perfectly as well. Absolutely awesome delivery service--ordered in the afternoon, and the next day it was delivered to our door. Will definitely visit this site when other needs arise.

I purchased a nice, almost unused Kitchen Aid food processor at a garsage sale, knowing that the missing parts could be ordered online. I found your website and ordered the parts on the same day, a Saturday. I received them the following Tuesday. They were exactly as needed. Good experience!
