How do you remove the freezer baskets to clean them

Hello Joyce, thank you for reaching out. Pull the bottom drawer all the way out and remove all the food. Then lift the top drawer out of the bottom drawer. Next, release the locking tabs on the side and lift and remove the lower bin out of the unit. We hope that helps!

Pressed in the end of the filter cover, lowered it down part way. Twisted the old filter 1/4 turn and removed it. Set in the sink to drain. Inserted new filter and twisted it to lock. closed cover. Done. Total time @ 1 Minute.
