After using blades are locked in place and can not be removed
For model number KFC3100CR2
Hello David and thank you for writing.
Sometimes the blades get stuck to debris, we would suggest soaking in warm soapy water, let it sit for a bit and then try to remove. We hope this helps. Please contact us anytime.

The new parts was the fix. However, I did not realize that the bowl did not come with the lid. So. . . . . . I ordered the lid and now the food processor is working good again. I cannot live without it! Seriously!!!
