Dryer would heat up initially, but heat would cut off and clothes wouldn't dry.
I wasn't sure which part was the problem, but the PartSelect web site is very helpful suggesting likely parts for various problems. I ordered two parts from PartSelect - a Cycling Thermostat and a Thermal Cut-Off Kit. Each of the two parts had an installation video available on the PartSelect web site. I followed the video instructions for each part. Very easy to follow, no problems at all with installation, problem with dryer is now solved. I might add I was amazed how quickly the parts arrived after I ordered from PartSelect. Parts arrived 2nd day after placing order. I would not hesitate to use PartSelect for any future needs.

No heat
It took longest to take apart and test to see which part was bad. I had never done it before. Got it apart and used the drawings on Parts Select to find location of parts. Testing only few minutes found bad thermostat.Ordered parts, and they came in 1 1/2 days. I replaced both thermostats being they were in the kit. Actual repair took maybe 15 minutes. Vacuumed out everything I could. Took lint trap out a vacuumed. Put it back together, plugged it in, heated like new. All time told I would say little over hour.

Broken Dryer Belt
Ordered entire Maintenance kit - good call because it was the tensioner pulley that failed and cut the belt. To replace, had to raise the top (2 screws in lint screen slot)and pull the entire front off (2 screws - 1/ea on top inner edge of front door panel then lift it up and out) Replaced both rollers, then used the parts kit shipping box to prop up the front of the drum while installing the belt and tensioner pully. Re-assembled in reverse order, works fine.

Dryer would not turn on
I replaced the on/off switch hoping that it was the problem. No such luck. It still would not start. I now have a sparkling new dryer in its place. My husband did not want to fool with it and by the time I replaced everything that it could have been with it, we would have been taken over by dirty clothes. The site was fantastic at showing me what to check and how to change the part. It was simple! Shipping time was great!

no heat, dryer would not shut off
I went to partselect.com, input my model number and problem, I clicked on the right solution and watched a short video on how to repair the problem. Ordered the parts which arrived the next day. It took me ten minutes to replace the two parts I had ordered and the problem was solved. I probably saved a couple hundred dollars doing this repair myself..
