Top oven, both elements (bake and broil) barely get hot to the touch. Happened overnight not a slow process.
For model number KEBI240SBL1
Hello, Thank you for your question. You will want to check both the bake and broil elements. You can do so with a multmeter. Once you test those and if they fail you will need to replace them. If they check out you might need to replace the control board. We hope this helps.

used up elec baking element
Unscrew the old one, pull it out, along with a few inches of wire. Use a couple of clothes pins to keep the wire escaping back behind the oven as you unhook them from the damaged (bad) one. Then reverse the process with the new one. No big deal. Works great now and the wife is happy.
