A broken spring.
Removed bottom cover. Opened the door to take pressure off old springs. Removed the both old springs, with pliers. Replaced with the new springs. The new springs are not adequate for our heavy door. Our door has a wood, cabinet matching cover. The door falls down, if not held firmly. The springs are not as heavy duty as the old ones.

Dishes weren't getting clean and machine was noisy - Observed cracked rubber hose in upper tray
Purchased new hose from you guys - it came within a few days at a very reasonable price ($17, incl. shipping). Pulled the upper tray out, pulled out the old hose (underneath the upper tray near the rear end) and installed the new one. Once I had the new part the whole repair took about 5 minutes - It was a simple friction fit, easily done by hand. The dishes are sparkling clean now, just like the old days, and the machine is much quieter! Delightful experience! And doing it myself probably saved me at least $150 I'm sure.

Dryer door would not close and latch on both catches w/o pushing them shut individually.
Our make/model was not on the online instruction, but it was similar. Ours had a glass (plastic)front window in the door. To remove the top catch you had to take out the top four screws that hold the door together (philips head screws) allowing you to pull back the gray plastic strip to access the top latch, then replace it like in the online directions using a needle nose pliers. The bottom catch, once the two remaining the screws were out gives you access to the bottom catch. Remove it with the pliers and snap the new ones into place. You can completely take out the window when you replace the bottom latch if you want.
