Compressor would not run.
The repair was simple. It was a matter of unpluging the old relay and then pluging in the new one. I almost bought a new refrigerator but after doing alittle reading on this web sight and finding out the most common reason for having the problem I was having I decided to order the relay. It was the problem...$ 70.00 -v- $1400.00. I'm HAPPY !

broken end caps rendered our pantry drawer "topless"
We needed to replace both end caps for our Kitchen Aid refrigerator's pantry drawer. Although it seemed that after a few minutes studying your website's illustrations we knew what parts to order, still we doubted ourselves thinking it just seemed somehow too clear considering we were in unknown territory. When we received our parts we were careful to keep the boxes and paperwork together still believing there was no way we were going to be successful. Wrong ! We did indeed have everything we needed and our repair went really smoothly. It was truly a pleasure and so satisfying. Thanks for your illustrations, your how to video and your prompt delivery.

Pivot Block not operating french door hinge
The pivot block looked slightly worn because the hinge door mechanism on the left door would not "close" when the door was opened. I bought the pivot block, but the fix is adjusting the dual french doors so they are even i n height at the top of the unit. Pivot block is a 2 minute job with screwdriver. Adjusting the height is a 5 minute job with nut driver.

Icemaker making icebergs, then nothing.
The icemaker in my Maytag refrigerator was having a few problems. First, a small leak developed in the ice cube tray, allowing water to drip into the ice bucket. This of course caused the ice to become one solid mass, totally inappropriate for a gin and tonic. After a couple of months of this, it stopped working altogether. On to the internet I went, and discovered how easy this repair actually was. One nut to remove, one to put it back in. The installation video was very helpful. I did have a concern at first because the icemaker did not start making ice rights away. I thought it might be a defective unit. It took about 12 hours to get the first batch and it has been happily cranking out the ice since! Ed in upstate New York.

The guide on the rail fitting into the pivot block was broken
All you need to do for this repair is to remove one nut with a nutdriver. The part is removed by lifting upward. The wire assembly is disconnected. The new rail is installed by using the reverse order. That's it. Changing the pivot block is a no-brainer.

Broken tab that hinges the drawer top
I have now replaced both the left and the right side Pantry End Cap. The Left side is extremely easy, but the right side is a bit tricky due to the drawer temperature adjustment lever. This is a mecanical adjuster that is made of plastic pieces that are linked together. Not super difficult but requires a little studying while taking it apart so you get it back together the same way. All in all a very simple job ,
