agitator was not agitating all the time it would skip
I took off the top of the agitator, next I took off a cap. I used a long 5/16 socket to take off the one bolt. The part that holds the clogs lifts out pop the two pieces apart, insert the new clogs and put back together.

Screeching noise, would not drain at all.
Got on the PartSelect website and diagnosed the problem, purchased the replacement part, received the part in 2 days....very quick. I simply watched the "how to" video for the part, which was very easy to understand, and followed the instructions and was able to take out the old part (found it to be broken), replace it with the new part and fixed the washer. It took about 40 minutes, and everything works great. Easy, cheaper and faster than calling a repairman.

pump leaking
Unscrewed and flipped back control panel. Unplugged lid switch and removed fron/side/lid sheet metal. Disconnected hoses from the pump, removed pump retaining clips and switched to new pump. Reversed procedure, plugged machine back in and everything worked like new. There was no need to lay the machine on it's back as instructed by the video. It would helped pins that hold the sides in place (at bottom rear) where about an inch taller.

plastic part of coupling was broken
The new coupling parts are better made than the original parts. It was difficult to disassemble motor unit to get at the the old coupling, but once that was accomplished, the new coupling installed pretty easily. The machine is working fine now.

The augar portion of the agitator assembly was not turning. It was just shaking.
The repair was very simple. I just followed the suggestions that were presented in the video on your web page. Removing the complete agitator was done by removing a single bolt and pulling the the whole assembly out of the washer tub. The rest of the repair was just replacing the plastic parts on the auger that were included in the agitator kit. The only thing missing that I think should have been included was the lubrication. In your video,it called for adding a good portion of agitator lube to a couple of the top parts between the auger and the agitator. This step is also missing from the written instructions that were included with the kit. I used silicone grease for this step and it seems to be okay. Using the new screw, I placed the agitator back into the washer, and placed the new O ring around the fabric softener cap. All in all the repair was easy and the washer performs like new again.

Top agitator would not agitate
I would never have attempted this project if it were not for the how to video that was linked to your site. Thank you very much. Once I watched the instructions I said I can do that and I did. It was an easy repair. The one glich I had was, I could only use the little ear things that came in the kit. I found that the other parts were just a little smaller and did not work correctly. So I pulled it apart and put the old parts back with the new tabs and it is working just fine!!! Thank you again, Shirley

spin cycle did not engage
researched potential causes, found clutch dust under the washer and determined that it wouldn't engage because clutch was too worn. ordered the assembly,It was very easy to install. I also noticed oil residue on the side of the washer so after more research I found out I needed to replace the transmission also. The seal on top of the unit was worn out. I ordered a new transmission and install it and now it works like new. It's very rewarding to fix your own washer. Now all my friends are fixing their own washer and dryers. Thank You!!!

top agitator quit agitating
Well, the repair was actually easy once I read all instructions. My son and I did the repair. After we got the agitator apart my son took his feet(after I told him thats how you get it apart)to separate the bottom agitator from the top agitator. Everything went everywhere. Thank god for Part-Select and their wonderful pictures. We put everything back together and it is working like a brand new machine. THANK-YOU. If we would of read first it would of only took 15 minutes to install. S Brazil
