Griding Sound From Microwave when Running
First had to figure out where the sound was comming from. Took off the bottom cover and saw the Glass Cooking Tray Drive Motor. I had to take the motor off and turn the microwave on to verify that was where the sound was comming from. Apparently the microwave itself was amplyfing a slight grinding that was comming from the motor. I ordered the part; Only took 48 hours to receive the part! Swapped the motor out in 10 minutes and saved $300 for a new microwave.

Changing Turntable motor
Repair went smoother than expected, but a couple of comments should be made. The screws are easy to see and to remove from the bottom plate of the Microwave. The inside of the plate, where the light and filter are can be really greasy and icky. The motor was easy to replace. Putting the screws back in can be relatively tough - especially the ones in the back. I lost one. Might be good to be better prepared to make sure that they don't drop behind the counter.
