My refrigerator has been beeping for a few weeks, had someone come take a look and they couldn’t see anything wrong with it. Today, both my freezer and refrigerator are no longer cooling. Can you please advise what is wrong and whether there are any parts that can fix this! For the amount of money paid for this appliance, it’s really unacceptable for it to stop working like this.

Ice dispenser suddenly started to dispense ice on its own. I had to turn off the fridge to make it stop. I hear beeping from on top. I just replaced the auger motor as it wasn’t dispensing ice. What else has gone wrong? Everything else seems to be operating ok.

Hi Frank, thank you for getting in touch. According to our research, the most probable causes of this issue are the emitter and receiver board, part number PS10064583, which tell the icemaker when it is full and that it has to dump the ice, and they also tell the icemaker when to refill with water. You may need to check these boards, and if they are faulty, you may need to replace them. We hope this helps!
There’s a buzzing noise that is geneated from the ice maker in the freezer section of the fridge. It only stops temporarily when I turn the fridge off and the on from the main control board. But after a while, the buzzing sound returns. Does the ice maker need to be replaced? Just fyi the ice maker still makes plenty of ice.

Hi Frank, thank you for reaching out. We have found that the ice maker makes buzzing noise when it is turned on but not connected to a water supply. If this is not the case, you may need to check the ice maker motor kit, part number PS733947, to fix the issue. It controls the water fill and harvest function of the ice maker. We hope this helps, good luck with this repair!

First, I tested the ice maker "switch" that actually just covers the beam that regulates the ice maker. In the "off" position, it still made ice. Then, I removed the three screws on the cover over the transmitter and disconnected the circuit board at the wire connector. It stopped. After ordering and receiving the new transmitter and rece
