what could be the reason that my jenn-air when running causes my lights under the unit to blink and make a noise until it stops.

Hi William, thank you for reaching out. We have found that you may have this issue because of the faulty or weaken magnetron, part number PS11731447. We would recommend checking the magnetron to fix the issue. We hope this solves your problem!
Turntable motor does not rotate all the time, it will work but only if you mess with it a lot. How do i fix this?

You would have to replace the motor, however, this part is discontinued for your model and is no longer available. We have no known replacement information in our system. We recommend you contact the manufacturer of the part to see if they have recently released a new substitute. We do carry related parts for units just like yours. ... Read morelso took a while to figure out that there is a plastic rod that inserts through the hole in the switch body. Once i figured this out went like a breeze. Lower horizontal switch was the bad one, but since the kit came with two switches i went ahead and replaced the upper horizontal one as well. IT appears that the horizontal switches are probably more likely to fail than the vertical switch based on the position of the switch and force angles. Works great now!
