Oven would not heat
Unplugged oven. Removed door, racks, and bottom shelf. Removed screws from ignitor and unplugged it from connection. Installed new ignitor with screws and plugged in to connection. Tucked wires behind insulation as they were before. Installed previously mentioned items and turned on to check. Worked great and am very pleased with PartSelect and the assistance they offer.

Oven would not heat
Ordered oven Igniter kit PS1573892 which cost $73.00. Received the kit with instructions easy to follow to install. I was surprised how easy it was to repair, with the help of my wife we did the job in about 2 hours, the oven now works great. I really saved a bundle of money doing this myself, a local repair service wanted $114.00 for the same part and $200.00 labor to install and this is the gospel truth. I am 96 years old. F2 error code, beeping, and oven wouldn't light
I had to pull the range out from the wall and loosen the rear cover to free the connector for the sensor as it got stuck on a corner guide. Put the new sensor in, rear cover back on, range back in place and tested the oven. Oven heats fast now and keeps a more even temp. Makes me wonder how long I was trying to cook with a bad sensor.

Oven would not heat - Gas would not flow.
Basic instructions provided were accurate. Most difficult part was bending down and reaching across the oven door. A general information note would have been helpful. The circuit that feeds the igniter and the gas valve is a series circuit. So, even though the igniter was glowing cherry red, the igniter was still the cause of the gas not flowing, The voltage drop across the igniter was larger then normal causing the voltage to the gas valve to go down and to be insufficient to allow the gas to flow.

Ignitor would not turn on
After watching your do-it yerself video, I turned off the gas and unpluged ac power cord, I removed the stove door and then removed the bottom tray inside the stove unscrewed tray plate pulled buner out of its housing. I then unscrewed the two screws to the old ignitor and unpluged it. Pluged in the new one screwed it to the burner bracket, put everything back togher then tuned on the stove. IT WORKS!!

1 Pane of Inner Safety Glass
It was necessary to take the decorative glass and metal safety panel off using a screwdriver in order to get to the frame that holds the safety glass. It was hard to slide the new glass into the frame without help from a second person to hold the other pane in place. This was an easy repair to make I would just suggest having 2 people to hole things in place while replacing screws.

The oven would not ignite.
This is one of the easiest home repairs I have ever done. I shut off the gas and unplugged the oven. I removed the door and shelves. I then removed the two screws that secured the igniter and pulled the connector through the hole in the back of the the oven. No need to splice any wires as the replacement igniter came with the correct connector. It was then just a matter of reversing the process. Very simple and quick fix.

The electric igniter had gone out on the oven.
I watched the video of the repair that was on the page, and said, "Oh, it can't be that easy." It was. I just followed the steps he did, and the had the old igniter out and the new one in in no time. I did have to go back in and add the new insulation, as I thought the old would be sufficient for the new igniter, but, other than that, I had it in and out in just a few minutes. The video was really, really helpful! If you don't know what you are doing, just watch it!

The oven heating was erratic. It would act as if it had reached high temperature (such as 400 degrees) but would only be lukewarm. It would also give F2 and F3 error codes at random intervals.
I disconnected the electrical power, but not the gas line, and pulled the oven unit away from the wall. I unscrewed the old temperature sensor mount and only realized then the simple configuration: A wire from the sensor runs through the back of the internal oven space to the back of the oven unit through a thin space filled with insulation. The old sensor was easy to disconnect behind the oven unit and pull the old sensor and wire forward through the opening in the oven. The most challenging part was threading the new sensor wire from the oven interior through the back of the oven unit. The instructions and comments provided on-line by previous customers was EXTREMELY helpful. I wish I could do many more household repairs like this!

oven temperature sensor - F-4
Ordered the oven sensor. Two screws to remove to replace old sensor. Since this was a slide in unit, you had direct access to the wiring harness. Used the adaptor. Total repair time about 20 minutes. A very easy do-it-yourself project.
