What is the serial number to this model

Hello Betty, Thank you for your inquiry. We only receive the model numbers and parts lists from the manufacturer, so sadly, we do not have the serial numbers. The serial number should be on the same sticker as the model number. If you are unable to locate it, our suggestion would be to call the manufacturer of the appliance directly. There is a problem with the stove that when you turn it on it just goes “clik clik clik” but doesn’t want to turn on and I also attempted unplugging it a couple time but still the same issues, is the anyway this can be solved ?

If that does not help, we would suggest checking the Spark Module, part number PS11729094. The Spark Module controls the spark for lighting the surface burners. Unplugged the appliance for safety. Removed two 1/4" screws that held the assembly in place. Carefully removed the wire guard that retains the glass shield. Unscrewed old light bulb and replaced with new part. Reversed the steps after cleaning glass cover.
