looking to purchase oven control board. shuts off after 12 to 20 minutes after it starts to bake and lock appears on clock screen.
For model number JGB735SP1SS
Hello Josephine, thank you for contacting us. The issue is probably related to the RC19 control, part number PS16219564. Please reach out to customer service if you need help placing an order. Glad to be of help!
I turn on the oven and a error code comes on 100
No heat.
Air fryer works.
For model number JGB735SP1SS
Hi Jon, thank you for reaching out. The error indicates that the oven temperature stays at 100 degrees even though the oven may not be hot. We would recommend checking the temperature sensor, part number PS2374070, to fix the issue. The sensor senses the temperature inside the oven and sends information to the control board. We hope this solves your problem!

It cost me $121.00 for trip charge from GE appl
... Read moreiance for a light bulb that worked, your light bulbs were defective twice. Very disappointed with your products, cost me alot of money for a good light bulb thru GE appliance
Unplugged the appliance for safety. Removed two 1/4" screws that held the assembly in place. Carefully removed the wire guard that retains the glass shield. Unscrewed old light bulb and replaced with new part. Reversed the steps after cleaning glass cover.
New burner cap replaced old; just placed over burner; no tools required.
One suggestion: burner cap should have been shipped with thicker bubble protection (easy to do). It was minimally wrapped and placed in a thin, bubble envelope, risking damage in shipping process. Luckily, the burner arrived in tact and usable.
