One but her does not heat

Hi Nicole, thank you for the question. If your burner the element does not get hot, we recommend replacing the surface burner switch, part number PS12070671. You also should make sure your element has good continuity. We hope this solves your problem!
Hello Nicole, thank you for the question. According to our research, you may need to remove the hex screws securing the cooktop. After removing the screws, pull the cooktop up and you will have the access to burner switch. Remove the screws securing the switch. Disconnect the electric connection and replace it with the new one. We hope this helps!

Only one burner does not work on the cartridge

I had put up with a filter that got more and more raggedy every year, but I thought my 30 yr. old range/grill top was too old for me to find an replacement filter. What a great service you offer. I found you by web-surfing, typed in the model #, and presto--you sent me the shiny new filter. All I had to do was pop it in and throw away
