Suspected Door Springs broken
After I got the new springs, I pulled the dishwasher out and the springs were fine but the little plastic piece that attaches the spring to the door was gone. So now I had to order the that piece and wait again.

lack of two wheels
Replacement part has only 6 wheels. The original part has 8 wheels. The lack of the two extra wheels allows the dish rack to get stuck in the space between the inside of the dishwasher and the door. The extra set of wheels allows the rack to bridge the gap. It is a problem even if you put the rack in the other way around only a bit worse to deal with. The part was designed with four sets of wheels for a reason.
