JDB1250AWS Jenn-Air Dishwasher - Instructions

I removed the leaking valve and installed the new one it was pretty easy

Unplugged the power cord and removed front toe kick panels. Used a small mirror to see the location of the screw holding the float switch in place and removed the screw, disconnected the float from inside the dishwasher removed the float switch and replaced. It was a simple repair and so far seems to have solved the leaking problem. There was some unusual wear to my old float and the switch looked like it may have been leaking a small amount as it had lime build up on the switch lever. The part came with an easy to follow instruction sheet. PartSelect has saved me money on repair work I thought I would not be able to do myself. The website is very helpful in resolving what he problem may be and what parts are needed. Fixed four other appliances using this site over the past few years and they ship quick.

Checked to see if the disposer was stuck or sprayers filled with food. They were clean so I listened and checked to see if the sprayers were spraying while the dishwasher was running. It was not. Checked online for answers and they said that there might not be enough water in the dishwasher since it did not fill appropriately. I added water during the cycle and then the sprayers were working properly until it drained and filled again. Installed the new water inlet valve and all works properly now.

Lifted Float out....Located Float switch ...replaced

Easiest ever. Recycled the old one and put the new in its place. We are trying to place the silverware in, rather than dropping it in. It was suggested in the video from this website.

1- replaced accumulator filter and docking station with flappers, the docking station with flappers may not have been necessary? But what the heck, if your into it this far why not. Check out the tech. Video it was helpful. The dishwasher works like new now. 2- the door latch switch was worn out, to replace this part I first unplugged the power cord then removed the 8 screws from the inner panel of the door exposing the door latch assembly. Unplugged the two connectors and installed the new part and reassembled everything, pretty easy! The dishwasher works like new now, and for around $ 102.00 bucks, saved lots of money doing it myself, thank you Parts Select for your help. Carlos, Lancaster, California.

Replaced The part. Picked up the old one and repurposed it in the work shop and dropped in the new one ...no tools needed. The real story here is that this web page existed and I was able to get the exact replacement part I needed delivered to my house.Piece of cake,

I ordered the basket on Sunday and received it on Tuesday. It is a better basket than what originally came with the dishwasher. Very happy with the prompt delivery and service.

I Googled parts for an Electrolux wheel and Parts Select came out with a picture that confirms the one that I need. The price of the item was very reasonable as compared to the official website of the manufacturer. I like what I saw and bougt 4pcs instead. Removed the bottom spray arm, the filter cover the filter ane the impeller. Then put it back together. Worked like a champ.

The troubleshooting and repair videos made locationg the problem and ordering the proper replacement part was easy. The repair video took me through the entire process.
