Bake element burned out
Pulled range out and pulled the power cord. Then open the oven and unscrewed the two screws in the back of the oven. Then disconnected the bake element and replaced with the new one. Replaced the two screws. Then re-connected the power cord. Oven was ready to use again. I Received instructions from Part Select online. It was very easy. Thank You

The elements broke and the drip pans were gross.
Oh puhleeze LOL I plugged them in. The only reason I'm even writing this is to let people know how great the service was from Part Select. I putzed around with a major retailer for several hours trying to figure stuff out on their website (and I'm extremely computer literate). Finally I just threw up my hands in defeat, decided to give this a try and in just a matter of minutes my parts were ordered and paid for. So pleased!!

Front and back burners not getting hot
Followed the video supplied with the email on the parts order form. Biggest problem was pulling the range out from the wall, the repairs went without a hitch. The PartsSelect video was a great help showing the short cut to getting the new wires in by using the old wires as a pull wire.

Spilled 1/2 gallon Hot wax on stove
Took door apart to clean inside of glass door. scraped most of the wax from the stove 99%. Could not get the last 1%. Cleaned all parts. Put door back together again, put the door seal on after I got the right one. Had to reorder a new seal(one that was actually made for that model) messed up the first one and whalla! Took about 3 weeks to clean off the wax from stove and the surrounding area. Stove is good as new. Thanks for the quick service. Would definitely recommend and use you guys again. Thank You.

Bottom oven element burned out
Ordered the part from Part Select (and their web site was very specific and had everything I needed to make sure I selected the correct part number) Received the part the day after I ordered it without any special pricing for fast freight. Was very impressed with the service and product ordered. Received it - followed the instructions from people that had order the same product from Parts Select and posted on Parts Select - unscrewed two screws - unplugged the old element - plugged in the new. Had the wife baking pies in about 15 minutes!!!

Broiler unit burned out!
For someone who does not do this often, the directiions walked us through it well. Saved big service call. I helped him hold the unit in place and he was able to connect the connections, and it works! But it was awkward to get to.
