took off old part, put on new part and that was not the problem.

Rolled the old one out and rolled the new one in. I plan to replace the top rack next, best parts experience I have ever had.

I was gone when the part came in the mail, and girlfriend had it fixed when I got back. Dont get easier then that!

The motor/pump Kit I purchased could fix/be installed in any GE dishwasher made since 1970. I would guess that the one I have is about 15-20 years old. I encountered only one small problem with the kit------ a motor hanger that had to be bent a bit to fit correctly. Other than that it was a total breeze. The clear instructions included in the kit helped quite a bit. In 30 minutes or so ,I was done and our machine was back in operation

Removed broken axle. Replaced axle. Attached wheels

I read on this site others had the same problem. I followed their instructions and it was very easy to repair. I ordered the part which came within two days. The repair went as follows; remove the 4 Phillips head screws from the front foot kick cover. Remove the old door cables. Replace the with the new cables. Replace the foot kick covers. Stand back and enjoy your handiwork. Really that simple.

When I first noticed my unit leaking I noted that the leak was dripping right in the middle. So, I went straight to this web site with my model number and the 1st part I saw was for a Gasket Insert which is a small piece that completes the sea. I received that part in 2 day and did the repair and I still had leakage. I went back on the web site and looked further and came across info for the Corner Tub Baffles. I did not even know there were there. I removed mine and it was very obvious that the original Baffles were very worn and wrapped. In addition, the unit was quite filthy. I ordered the two replacement baffles. The parts arrived in two days, did the minor repair and now I have no leaks.

The PartSelect video told me to take the end caps of the track and simply snap the old wheels off. It was easy. I popped the new wheels on, put the rack back on, and reattached the end caps. I was surprised by how simple it was to repair a major kitchen appliance.

order new gasket and it took us last them 15 min. and it was ready. I will start using it at least twice a month from now on. I would like to thank Part Select for getting the part that we need so fast and with helpful instructionf

Pieces just snapped together. Simple an quick. Part select was wonderful in assisting.

Watched the on-line video. It was great and made the replacement job easy. Without the video, I probably would have broken the plastic end caps while trying to take them off. I highly recommend watching any available repair videos.

Original part no longer made. Substitute too small by a half an inch. Corrected the problem by removing the 4 corner wheels from the old rack and put them on the new one. Now, it fits and works perfectly.

I didn't see any obvious defects in the washer like a plugged drain or obstruction in the pump intake, so I decided to try a new lower spray tower. I loosened the tower with a large pair of channelocks (arc joint pliers) by grabbing it near the base. The unit unscrews in the normal manner, i.e. counterclockwise. Once it's loose, it can be removed by hand. Thread in the new tower and snug it down. Done. Cleaning problem solved.

I followed the video instructions..I was concerned that the end pieces would be a problem, so I purchased replacements also, but they came off with no problem - thanks to the video.They only cost about $2.50, so I will keep them in stock in case I need them at a later date.Without the video, it probably would have driven me nuts trying to figure out how to remove the end pieces, but when you see it done, it was simple.....Thanks Loads.

Remove lower covers (2) Remove broken cable. Replace with two new ones. Hook eyelet end to one side then springs then hook other eyelet to other side pull springs tight and hook to cable. Keep both sides tight doing so.
