Upper rack falling
Remove the upper rack. Removed rail end caps. Removed old broken wheels. Only reason I needed pliers was that one wheel was stuck from old age. Snapped the new wheels on easily. Installed new end cap. Good as new. Great delivery speed of parts. Thanks.

Dishwasher upper rack rollers were partially broken
(1) Remove end caps of the support arms that hold the upper rack in place (use pliers if needed). (2) Pull rack completely out of dishwasher. (3) If some of the old rollers have broken off in the support arms, remove them by sliding them forward. (4) Remove rollers (or broken-off stubs) from the sides of the rack (use pliers if needed). (5) Push new rollers onto the sides of the rack (hand pressure should be sufficient). (6) Insert rack back into the support arms by sliding the new rollers into the support arms. (7) Replace end caps; make sure they are secure.

broken roller.
A simple do-it yourself project. All I had to do was unsnap the old broken roller and snap the new one in place. The hardest part was getting the plastic cap off the arm that the roller glides in, and even that was not difficult at all.

the dishwasher was leaking at both front sides
i first order the corner baffles and put them in. no change at all, still leaked terribly. the old baffles looked pretty good so i kept them. i then ordered the door gasket and the insert. i removed the old one, put in the new, and still no change. i thought perhaps the machine hadn't been used at all because it was like brand new inside, and previously owned by 'a little old lady'. i decided to load it up and run it on a regular wash, and have done that three times now. it drips a very small amount on the left corner but i'm quite happy that it decreased so much. I think perhaps the seal might be setting with the heat of the cycle because each time a load goes through it get less and less drips from that corner. The first order was sent by ups and they couldn't find where i lived so i actually had to go pick them up, but the second order was sent fedex and they had no problem finding my home, and i was very pleased with how fast my order came.

Top Rack Cleaning / Bottom Rack Mobility
This was a rent house. The top rack wasn't cleaning well and the bottom rack was missing the wheels. The spray arm w/ tower was missing the tower. Removed the bottom rack, snapped the wheels in place. unscrewed the damaged spray arm from its base by twisting the bottom non-mobile part, and screwed the new spray arm w/ tower in. Took 15 minutes tops for everything.

The dishwasher would not fill with water
I firts turned off power to the diswasher through the circuit breaker panel. I removed the black tray at the bottom front of the dishwasher, removed the two screws attaching the water inlet valve, detached inlet and outlet water hoses as well as the eletric connector. I removed fitting from the old valve and installed in the new valve using some teflon tape. Installation is the reverse of the removal.
