Ice maker is not making ice and not dispensing water or ice

Hello Linnea, thank you for contacting us. Based on our understanding of the issue, the water inlet valve, part number PS3497634, is faulty and needs to be replaced. It supplies water to the refrigerator ice maker and the water dispenser. Glad to be of help!
Installed new water inlet valve. Installed a new ice maker. Ice maker is only dropping only one or two ice cubes at a time what is wrong?

Hi Linnea, thank you for contacting us. We have found that the issue is probably with the augur motor, part number PS11739700. The auger motor turns the auger that pushes the ice cubes through the dispenser chute. We would recommend checking the motor to fix the issue. We hope this solves your problem!
icicle forms below the icemaker. ice cube making and dispensing is fine. freezer temp is fine. we are just getting an icicle and small amount of water directly under the icemaker (which then freezes). do you think this is an ice maker issue or maybe a (split) water line which feeds the ice maker?

Lifted the front up onto a scrap 2x4 to get it off the ground and it had 1 bolt that you removed to get the old item off and replace with new assymbly and 1 bolt to re attach. removed flap door in front of icemaker...removed 3 screws with bolt heads...removed one additional screw with bolt head and ice unit slid out. I removed motor unit (pops out no screws). Replaced and had ice within 3 hours.
