Wheels had come off and were broken
We ordered a whole new set for the lower rack and even though they were smaller than the original ones, we replaced them all and now the rack slides in and out of the dishwasher with ease!

Bottom door gasket loose on one side preventing door from closing completely.
Pulled dishwasher partly out from cabinet. Removed door after disconnecting springs. Removed old gasket easily. The new gasket was the correct part but would not slip into the place of the original. The door sheet metal was crimped onto the original gasket at the factory with some kind of tool to hold it securely. Had to spread the sheet metal with a screwdriver to get the new gasket in place and used silicone seal to keep in position. Re-assembled the door after the silicone seal was dry and replaced dishwasher into the cabinet. So far it is working fine! Overall this gasket was not easy to change.

Broken wheels on lower rack
A couple of lower rack wheels had fallen off, making it extremely difficult to roll the rack in and out. Putting on the new wheels was just a matter of popping them on and giving a sturdy push until they "clicked." Everything works perfectly now.
