The washer shows the off in the control panel but will not turn off. You said that the lock module may need to be replaced. The lock module part came today and we replaced it but it is still showing the off in the control panel. Thanks.

Hello Kathy, thank you for your question. If the door lock was replaced and didn't fix this issue, it could be related to the part the door switch relays its message to which is the board. PartSelect Number: PS11772127. I hope this helps.

My washer is not draining. I cleaned the filter like it said two in the manual and it still won’t drain

Hi Patti,
Thank you for your question. If your washer will not drain, there are some parts that you will need to check to see which one is causing the issue. First check the drain hose and the pump for clogs. Also make sure that the drain pump is positioned correctly and that it is not placed too far down in the standpipe. If the pump and hose are not clogged and show no visible signs of damage, check the door lock to make sure it is functioning properly. A malfunctioning door lock can prevent the washer from working correctly. We hope this helps! Good luck with the repair!
all formulas work perfectly except 1 formulas for towels and sheets

Hi Tom, thank you for your inquiry. According to our research, the issue seems to be with the User Interface Board and you may need to replace it, the part number is PS11763072. We hope this solves your problem!
Remove back cover and with a light and a mirror the screws can be identified. Three hold this pump on. Remove electrical connection then the pump. So also remove the corrugated connecting boot by undoing three clamps. Clean and reassemble
