Dishwasher will not cancel, unlock or reset. Runs continually going through cycles. Had to switch breaker off to open door.
For model number GDWF460V00SS
Hi Greg,
Thank you for your question. If the dishwasher is running continuously, you will need to check the electronic control board and the heating element to verify which part is causing the issue. You will need to inspect the electronic control board for signs of damage or burn marks. If it shows any of these signs you will need to replace it. You will need to test the heating element with a multi-meter. Set your multi-meter to the X1 setting and touch the probes of the tester to the terminals. The reading should be between zero and infinity. If you get a different reading, the element will need to be replaced. We hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day!

Holes in middle silverware basket
Unsnapped the old middle basket, but then still having difficulty getting one side of the old basket to fit in the grooves on the new middle basket. Have tried it several ways, but still just does not seem to be the right fit on that one side.
