The water doesn't drain all the way - it remains at the bottom of the bassin. Can it be the drain pump?
For model number GDT696SSF0SS
Hello Domenico, thank you for your question. Yes, that could be the drain pump. If there is lots of water at the bottom of the tub the most likely issue is the drain pump. I hope this helps.

Wheels had come off and were broken
We ordered a whole new set for the lower rack and even though they were smaller than the original ones, we replaced them all and now the rack slides in and out of the dishwasher with ease!

Broken wheels on lower rack
A couple of lower rack wheels had fallen off, making it extremely difficult to roll the rack in and out. Putting on the new wheels was just a matter of popping them on and giving a sturdy push until they "clicked." Everything works perfectly now.
