You will need to replace your lower hinge pin if your refrigerator door will not open or close properly. This part is almost two inches high, one inch wide, and roughly two inches long. I replaced the actuator switch and rubber pad with the switch actuator.

I used a flat-head screwdriver to pop out the old light rocker switch. Then, I unplugged the wires, plugged them into the new light rocker switch, and then popped the new switch into the hole. That's it! Lights began working again. read more
